Food Grade Silicone Sealant - 2.8 oz Tube

Specially developed for food service use, Food Grade Silicone Sealant is a flexible, waterproof, and fast-curing sealant that bonds a variety of materials including steel, glass, aluminum, ceramics, marble, porcelain, plastics, most woods, and PVC.

This one-part, moisture-curing RTV silicone cures to a strong, silicone rubber that maintains long-term durability and flexibility. Food Grade Silicone Sealant is a non-slump sealant, allowing it to be applied to vertical or overhead surfaces without flowing or sagging.

Due to its silicone composition, ASI Food Grade Silicone Sealant offers excellent resistance to weathering, including ozone, ultra-violet radiation, freeze-thaw conditions, and airborne chemicals. It can be applied to surface temperatures ranging from -18°C to +50°C (0°F to +120°F) and can withstand constant operating temperatures from -70 to +400 degrees F.

Specifically designed for food service installations, walk-in refrigerators, and showcases, the black-colored Food Grade Silicone Sealant comes in a 2.8 oz tube. It is FDA approved, with ASI 502 Food Grade Silicone Sealant permitted under regulations of the Food and Drug Administration for situations where there might be incidental food contact. The FDA regulation number is 175.105.
