Food Grade Silicone Sealant is a specially developed product for food service use. It is flexible, waterproof, and cures quickly. This silicone sealant bonds various materials including steel, glass, aluminum, ceramics, marble, porcelain, plastics, and most woods. It is a one-part, moisture-curing RTV silicone that forms a strong rubber once cured, providing long-term durability and flexibility.

This non-slump sealant can be applied to vertical or overhead surfaces without flowing or sagging. It offers excellent weather resistance, including protection against ozone, UV radiation, freeze-thaw conditions, and airborne chemicals. The ASI Food Grade Silicone Sealant can be applied to surface temperatures ranging from -18°C to +50°C (0°F to +120°F) and can withstand constant operating temperatures from -70 to +400 degrees F after curing.

Specifically designed for food service installations, walk-in refrigerators, and showcases, this silicone sealant comes in a black color and has a cartridge size of 10.2 fl oz. It is FDA approved under regulation 21CFR177.2600, making it suitable for use in applications where there may be incidental food contact.
